
As long distance kayakers you are constantly in search of excellence in all fields.
In order to keep fit and prepare yourself for long distance kayaking and in complement to your fitness training, we suggest that you subscribe to this white water and flat water activity.

The Rafting, White Water Canoeing, White water swimming, Sea Kayaking – are often compulsory activities in a long distance trek and, unfortunately, not always well prepared.
We can help you to « master » these activities and to « mark » points!
So prepare yourself
DIFFERENTLY by participating in our 2-day training programme (or any other duration, according to your preference). We will help you to progress in:
Techniques
- Propulsion : Improvement of paddling techniques, passing, coordination of the team members
- Direction : Manoeuvring techniques in different situations. The part of the Cox and the team members (for example during White water canoeing)
- Balance : Management of the dynamic balance
Improvement of technical equipment :
- To adapt the equipment to each individual’s morphology,
- To personalise the wedges (sea kayaking: adjustment of toe-clips, of the back straps …)
- To choose the technical equipment | Being at ease on White Waters :
Learning about the rivers and its dangers: Knowledge replaces anxiety.
Understanding the river :
- To choose the trajectory,
- To spot the obstacles
Physical training :
Advice on physical kayak training; training sessions and programming. |
